Role

The Human Resource Manager will contribute to the success of the business by implementing and executing short and long-term strategies, policies, and programs to support organizational objectives. Leading a small team, the role will build relationships with executives, becoming a trusted advisor and facilitator of change.

Key responsibilities will include

Continuing the development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, team work, and high performance

  • 1+ years of HR experience in a complex environment.
  • Excellent Communication (verbal and written) with good analytical skills. Confident talking over the phone with Candidates.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools with an emphasis on Word and Excel.
  • Sound technical knowledge and experience as an HR Leader or Business Partner with a proven track record of managing a team, ideally in multiple locations.
  • Skilled in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing HR initiatives.
  • Solid negotiation and influencing abilities, coupled with strong project management skills.
  • Strong diagnostic skills followed by good ability to evaluate options/alternatives and develop recommendations for solutions to complex and multi-dimensional issues.

    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Works directy with senior management of the organization to develop marketing programs, design marketing strategies, and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Provides leadership and direction in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the strategic marketing plan for the organization.
  • Designs, writes, and oversees the production of printed promotional materials including catalogs, brochures, flyers, and program and media guides; designs layouts and prepares copy.
  • Establishes and implements short and long range marketing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the organization; evaluates program effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement.
  • Provides support for promotional special events such as open houses, book signings, fundraisers, outreach and community events, tours, press conferences, banquets, exhibits, product or service fairs, and athletic events.

  • Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

    DESCRIPTION:

    Good proficiency in Core Python fundamentals, Data Structure and algorithms.
    Candidates should have experience in working with Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, etc.
    Experience in developing text extraction using python, and optimizing the existing algorithms.
    Knowledge of working with Python framework (like Django, Flask or Pyramid) object-relational mapping (ORM)
    Writing efficient, reusable, testable, and scalable code.

    Below are the requirements for a Flutter, which involves handling the Android & IOS stack of the company. would prefer someone who knows how to get the most out of it, or someone who has similar experience in any other comparable framework like Android, React Native.

    Requirements
    Significant professional experience with Flutter.
    Should be interested in other parts of application End to End like Serverless Functions, Automation and QA, with some demonstrable work on each.
